If you have an appointment with Dr. Torigoe’s office after March 2026, arrangements have been made for your continuing care at Tri Valley Dental Arts.

If you would prefer to have copies of your records made available to you, we are happy to release your records after completion of the records form from Dr. Torigoe’s office. Tri Valley Dental Arts will be the custodian of Dr. Torigoe’s records after March 2026.
